What You'll Do:

Provide tailored support to meet the individual learning needs of students; Assist with the educational, social, and physical needs of assigned students; Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to enhance student progress; Help create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
What we're looking for:

A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development;

Experience working with children, ideally in an educational or SEND setting;

A flexible, proactive team player with excellent communication skills;

Relevant qualifications or a willingness to undertake training.
