We are seeking to appoint a Level 2 Teaching Assistant . The successful candidate, under the direction and guidance of the class teacher will support the teaching and learning activities in the classroom, by working with individuals or small groups of pupils/students and may be responsible for some learning activities within the overall teaching plan at Kingswinford Academy in line with the vision and values of Windsor Academy Trust. They will need to take a proactive role in the support of the educational, social and physical needs of students; to support the curriculum and the School through the provision of a level of assistance in the practical organisation of class activities, undertaking group work and ensuring the welfare and development of students.
