Teaching Assistant: Level 3 - Point 7 - 26,403 pro-rata (Actual Salary 22,000.81)

Teaching Assistant: Level 2 - Point 5 - 25,586 pro-rata (Actual Salary 21,320.03)

32.5 hours a week, term time only plus training days. Part-Time will be considered, whole days are preferable. Start Date: ASAP

Spring Common Academy is a special school with a welcoming, nurturing environment where the class team work together to ensure all the students excel and reach their potential.

We are looking to appoint enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants at both Level 2 and Level 3 to support teaching with pupils who have a wide range of complex needs, including challenging behaviours and autism within our area special school. The successful candidate could be asked to work with any age group in the school. Teaching Assistants Level 3 will lead a small group of teaching assistants and be supported by the class teacher.

Experience of working with children with SEN is desirable, but not essential.

Full training and support are given.
