The Priory is an Apprenticeships Training Provider, accrediting our non-teaching staff, including Teaching Assistants, with national qualifications. We also train teachers to teach, accrediting them with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), through our Lincolnshire ITT provision, including our Teacher apprenticeship. Our Teaching Assistants act in many different ways across the Trust, while being part of one core group of employees. As a Teaching Assistant, you'll receive hands-on experience in a supportive environment where every day is an opportunity to inspire and be inspired.

What will you do?
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting teachers and students within the classroom. You'll assist with lesson preparation, provide one-on-one or group support to students, and help create a safe, stimulating environment for learning. This hands-on experience will be invaluable as you develop the skills necessary for a career in education.
