What you'll be doing

Supporting teachers in daily classroom activities Working closely with children with additional needs or learning challenges Encouraging positive attitudes and engagement in lessons Helping manage routines, transitions and behaviour Promoting inclusion and wellbeing throughout the school day
What we're looking for

Previous experience working with children in a school, childcare or youth setting A relevant qualification such as Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant, Childcare or similar (desirable but not essential) Calm, caring and committed personality Good communication and teamworking skills Reliable and flexible approach to work
Requirements

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply) Two suitable references Right to work in the UK Experience working with Children Relevant Qualification
