is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic

Learning Support Assistant

. You'll play a crucial role in providing valuable support to pupils across

Foundation Phase and Key Stage 2

, helping them unlock their full potential.

What You'll Do:

Work closely with class teachers to support the learning and development of individual pupils and small groups. Provide assistance during classroom activities, ensuring all students can access the curriculum. Support pupils with their social, emotional, and behavioural development. Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Assist with the preparation of resources and materials. Provide clear feedback to the class teacher on pupil progress. Contribute to the overall well-being and safety of the students.

We're Looking For:

A genuine passion for working with children. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, adaptability, and a proactive approach. Ability to work effectively as part of a dedicated team. Ideally, experience in a primary school setting (though not always essential). A relevant qualification in childcare or education would be a plus.

88.92 per day
