SEN Teaching Assistant

About the Role:



As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide tailored support to students with SEMH and additional needs in a classroom and 1:1 setting. Assist in implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) and behavioural strategies. Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and safe learning environment. Help students build confidence, resilience, and essential life skills. Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and external professionals to meet each student's unique needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 17.00-20.00 per hour
