o Assist the lead Montessori teacher in delivering a child-centred educational program.
Support and engage children in various activities to promote independence and learning.
Prepare and maintain the learning environment according to Montessori Method and principles.
Observe and document children's progress.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support child development.
Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
The successful candidate will have
o Relevant experience in a teaching or childcare setting (Montessori experience preferred).
Understanding of the Montessori philosophy and methods.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
A childcare qualification (e.g., Level 3 Certificate) is required.
