Key Responsibilities

Partner with teachers to deliver engaging, curriculum-focused lessons for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students. Provide individualized and small group support, including for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), to boost confidence and academic progress. Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment using effective behavior management techniques. Spark enthusiasm for learning by supporting literacy, numeracy, and creative activities. Engage in school life by preparing resources and participating in enriching activities, such as school trips, assemblies, and extracurricular programs.
What We're Looking For

Experience

: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or similar role is a plus but not required - your passion for education is essential!

Qualifications

: A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is advantageous, but we encourage applications from candidates with relevant experience or a strong commitment to supporting children.

Skills
