Key Responsibilities

Partner with teachers to deliver engaging, creative lessons for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students. Provide targeted one-on-one and small group support, including for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), to boost confidence and progress. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment through effective management techniques. Support literacy, numeracy, and creative activities to spark a love for learning. Contribute to school life by preparing resources and participating in exciting events and activities.
What We're Looking For

Experience

: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or similar role is desirable but not essential - enthusiasm for education is key!

Qualifications

: A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is a plus, but we welcome candidates with relevant experience or a passion for supporting children.

Skills

: Strong communication, patience, and the ability to connect with students and staff.

Attributes

Knowledge
