Teaching Assistant

Salary: Scale 4 Point 7 to Point 11 (26,403 to 28,142 pro-rata per annum, 22,671 - 24,164 actual per annum)

Contract: Fixed term until 24th July 2026, full-time, term-time only

Closing Date: Tuesday 30th September 2025 9 am

Start Date: Monday 3rd November 2025



Victoria Primary School is looking to appoint a teaching assistant with a passion for professional research and development. The teaching assistant we appoint can expect to:

be an equal member of a very forward-thinking staff team be supported by - and / or contribute to - personalised coaching, action research, and focused INSET work with diverse, outgoing and friendly children engage with ongoing development and support through the Nova Education Trust and the Torch Teaching School Alliance
