Synergy Care and Education are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support in a School in and around the Plymouth area.

Here at Synergy we are looking for experienced Teaching Assistant who can join the team. We are looking for someone who has a real passion for the educational industry and someone who wants to help and support students that are in need of the support.

We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant who can:

To support children's learning and to share in the care and wellbeing of the children throughout the school.

Small group support and/or 1:1 support for a pupil, enabling them to fully participate in the learning environment.

Provide support and assistance for children's pastoral needs (e.g. dressing, going to the toilet, or the administration of first aid).

To promote the school's values and work well as part of a caring team

Bring creativity and enthusiasm to each and every new day.

Skills:

Patience and the ability to work well with Children and young adults

Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with the lead teacher

Organizational skills to assist with classroom management and student records

Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the classroom and students

Pay: 90.00-100.00 per day
