97-110 per day

The Role

You'll be a pivotal part of our early years and KS1 classes--working closely with class teachers to deliver inclusive, engaging learning experiences. Key responsibilities include:

Supporting pupils in both early years and KS1 classrooms (EYFS, Year 1, Year 2). Delivering tailored support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Using Makaton to facilitate communication and inclusion. Participating in classroom routines, activities, and group/small-group support. Assisting in resource preparation and maintaining a conducive learning environment.

Essential Requirements

We're looking for someone who:

Has SEN experience--ideally working with young children (preferably EYFS/KS1). Is proficient in, or trained in, Makaton communication. Is patient, empathetic, energetic, and passionate about working with young learners. Collaborates well with both staff and pupils. Is ready to begin as soon as possible and commit to a long-term placement.
