Glow Educate are looking for

enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants

to join a friendly and supportive school in

Rowde

, within easy reach of

Devizes, Melksham and Chippenham

.

You'll be part of a caring team supporting pupils who need a little extra help to learn, communicate and feel confident in school. Some days you'll be helping with learning activities, others you'll be supporting pupils with communication, sensory or emotional needs - no two days are ever quite the same.

Some pupils may also need support with

personal care

, so you'll need to be comfortable helping with this as part of your role.

Many of these positions start on a supply or short-term basis but often develop into

long-term or permanent

roles for the right person.

We're looking for:

Experience or a genuine interest in working with children or young people A calm, positive and proactive approach Flexibility to work across age groups and different classroom settings Reliability and good communication skills Willingness to support with personal care when needed
