Are you passionate about making a difference in children's lives? Do you love working in a nurturing, inclusive, and faith-led environment? We are looking for two dedicated Teaching Assistants (Level 2) to join our caring and committed team.

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant at St Paul's, you will:

Support teaching and learning across the school Work 1:1 and in small groups with children, including those with SEND Help create a positive, safe and engaging classroom environment Promote independence, confidence, and inclusion for all pupils Contribute to planning and assessment, and support behaviour management

What We're Looking For

We're seeking candidates who:



Have experience supporting children in an educational setting (ages 3-11)

Are confident supporting children with special educational needs Understand child development and the Primary curriculum Have strong literacy, numeracy, and communication skills Are positive, empathetic and great team players Are committed to the Christian ethos of our school

Qualifications

Minimum GCSE grade C/4 in English and Maths

A relevant Level 2 qualification
