A vibrant and welcoming school in Swansea is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants. You will play a crucial role in providing valuable support to pupils within our Foundation Phase and Key Stage 2 classes, helping them to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:



Working closely with class teachers to support the learning and development of individual pupils and small groups. Providing assistance during classroom activities, ensuring all students can access the curriculum. Supporting pupils with their social, emotional, and behavioural development. Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Assisting with the preparation of resources and materials. Providing feedback to the class teacher on pupil progress. Contributing to the overall well-being and safety of the students.

The Ideal Candidate Will:



Have a genuine passion for working with children. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Be patient, adaptable, and proactive. Be able to work effectively as part of a team. Ideally have experience working in a primary school setting (although this is not always essential). A relevant qualification in childcare or education would be advantageous

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

Pay Rate:

88.92 per day
