Teaching Assistant - 27.5 hours per week, term time only (Monday to Friday), Midday Assistant 2.5 hours per week, term time only (Monday to Friday),
Playworker hours negotiable

We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work across a number of year groups, as well as to provide midday support at lunchtimes and support at our before and after school club. We are a welcoming, inclusive school and it is important to us that we find the right person for our children.
You will need to be committed to working with children, have a positive approach and work well as part of a team. You will need to be flexible, resilient and be able to form strong relationships with adults and children.
You should also have an understanding of behaviour management skills.
We require a practitioner who:
Believes that all children deserve the best and sets high expectations for teaching, learning and behaviour
Is able to carry out the requirements of the curriculum
Understands the needs faced by children of different backgrounds and abilities
Sees the value of team and partnership working
Provides support through a variety of interventions
Provides objective and accurate feedback and reports as required, to the teacher on pupil achievement, progress and other matters, ensuring the availability of appropriate evidence
Able to work under own initiative
