EYFS through KS1, KS2, KS3, KS4 and KS5

What You'll Be Doing

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping children and young people feel supported, included, and confident in their learning. Your role may include:


Offering

1:1 support

, building positive relationships and giving pupils the encouragement they need. Supporting

small groups

, helping to reinforce learning and celebrate progress. Assisting the class teacher with activities, resources, and creating a safe, engaging classroom environment. Supporting children with

SEN and SEMH needs

, helping them overcome challenges and feel valued. Encouraging independence, resilience, and a love of learning in every child you work with.

What We're Looking For

We welcome applications from people with a genuine passion for education and supporting young people. You don't need to have years of classroom experience -- what matters most is your commitment, patience, and ability to connect with children.


You'll also need:


A positive, flexible approach to working in different schools and key stages. Good communication and teamwork skills.
