This is a permanent role to be based at our Manchester office for 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities



Typing / Administration Finalising and printing of engagement letters Assist with billing tasks General administration duties including filing, shredding, photocopying and binding documents New client set up procedures/Anti money laundering Arranging appointments, meetings, and lunches Booking travel and accommodation arrangements Support on reports required as necessary Reception relief Meet and greet clients Answering calls quickly and politely, passing callers to the appropriate person Taking accurate messages when necessary Organise tea/coffee refreshments as required for clients / meetings Book meetings rooms Assisting other secretarial staff Help and organise company events Organising incoming/outgoing post


Qualifications

Skills and Experience



Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work well in a pressurised environment with the ability to prioritise work Use of IT: Must be proficient in WP and spread sheet packages so as to be able to process documents efficiently Judgement: knowing how to deal with problems which arise, knowing when to involve the Head of department in issues, ability to think ahead and anticipate events occurring Planning and organising: will need to be able to organise time so as to meet deadlines Ability to deal effectively and politely with people at all levels, both internally and externally
