Team Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a full-time Team Administrator. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for landlords, potential tenants, and current tenants, helping us deliver excellent customer service with kindness and care. You'll handle all pre-tenancy lettings administration, and provide other lettings, property and general admin support across the team.

We work to a 9.5 day fortnight, so you'll have every other Friday off.

Key Responsibilities:



Scheduling property viewings via external portals and internal systems, including responding to enquiries by email or phone and booking appointments. Manage all aspects of tenant applications, ensuring complete documentation and requesting references. Handle all pre-tenancy paperwork including creating tenancy agreements using templates, lodging deposits and notifying utilities companies of tenant changes Provide friendly and professional customer service as the front-of-house contact for tenants, landlords, contractors, and visitors. Manage key movement and conduct regular audits. Monitor and action the main company inbox, Rightmove Plus, telephone enquiries, and mail. Ensure accurate record-keeping and complete data collection across internal systems, liaising with relevant team members. Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance and high standards across the Lettings and Property teams.

Organised and calm under pressure Able to prioritise and triage a high volume of enquiries Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, and confident with Excel Experience with SME Professional or other property management software (desirable but not essential) Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail, with strong data collection and recording Proactive in resolving problems using initiative

Pay: 24,600.00 per year
