About the Client:
We're working with a prestigious global investment firm to find a talented Team Assistant to support their Real Estate team on a one-year fixed-term contract. With headquarters overseas and offices across major international cities, this firm is a recognised leader in alternative investments. The Team Assistant Role:
You'll join as an Team Assistant supporting a close-knit team of ten, providing high-level assistance to senior leaders, as well as general support to other team members including associates. This is a standalone Team Assistant role within the division, but you'll be part of a wider network of assistants across the office.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing complex diaries and scheduling across time zones
  • Arranging frequent international travel and handling all logistics
  • Processing expenses and maintaining accurate records
  • Preparing meeting documents and presentations
  • Coordinating team events and social activities
  • Providing occasional personal support to senior executives
Required Skills and Experience:
  • You're an experienced Team Executive Assistant with a proven track record supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, professional environment.
  • You thrive under pressure, stay calm amid changing priorities, and bring a flexible, solutions-focused approach to your work.
  • Prior financial services industry experience is needed.
Additional Details:
  • 12-month FTC to cover maternity leave beginning in July
