The Role

As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting our care teams and ensuring the highest standards of care across Crawley and the surrounding areas. You will be responsible for supervising care assistants, completing spot checks, supporting new starters, liaising with service users and families, and helping maintain our "Good" CQC?rated service.
