looking to recruit someone on behalf of our residents who will be able to support them with their daily lives.

Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a dedicated team in providing high-quality care within an award-winning care home.
Level 3 H & SC or equivalent
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and best practices in dementia care.
Develop individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of residents.
Foster a supportive environment for both staff and residents, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
Administer medications
Shifts are 8-8, 8-2 or 2-8 including alternate weekends
