Contract is for 36 hours a week including alternate weekends.

We are an

looking to recruit someone on behalf of our residents who will be able to support them with their daily lives.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a dedicated team in providing high-quality care within an award-winning care home.

Level 3 H & SC or equivalent

Ensure compliance with CQC standards and best practices in dementia care. Develop individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of residents. Foster a supportive environment for both staff and residents, promoting teamwork and effective communication. Administer medications
Shifts are 8-8, 8-2 or 2-8 including alternate weekends
