Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to assist in overseeing our bar, dining and rooms operations in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pubs, restaurants and hospitality, ideally with experience in hotels ( but not essential) and more importantly a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves supervising bar staff, managing table and room bookings, and ensuring that all guests enjoy a memorable experience.

Duties

Supervise and train FoH staff to ensure high standards of service and efficiency. Engaging and Overseeing the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring and implementing quality, standards and consistency. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as licensing laws. Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally to maintain satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Be confident in working alone on quieter parts of your shift. Engaging with Social media and developing presence Ensuring all due diligence is adhered too and completed Being a positive beacon to our team and guests alike!

Experience

Proven experience in a bar supervisor role or similar position within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of room booking systems is advantageous. Previous bartending experience is essential, also cashing up and being a keyholder experience would be ideal. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively. A passion for hospitality with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
