Join The Lost City Adventure Golf in Belfast and embark on an epic adventure as a Team Leader. As a vital part of our team, you will lead by example, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence at our thrilling indoor golf courses.

Responsibilities:

- Key Holder

- Lead the team in the absence of Management, fostering a positive work environment.
- Provide top-notch customer service to enhance every guest's experience.
- Train and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service.
- Manage stock levels, place orders, and oversee inventory control.
- Handle cash transactions, manage tills.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment.
- Address challenging customer situations with professionalism and tact.
- Coordinate corporate events and assist with external functions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, bar, golf courses, and facilities.
