The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated

Team Leader

to join our events team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to take their first step into leadership. The Team Leader will support the management of our events team, helping to train, guide, and inspire others while ensuring that high standards are maintained at all times.

You don't need years of experience -- just the right attitude, communication skills, and a willingness to learn. We'll provide full initial training and ongoing coaching to help you succeed in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the daily management of the events team Lead by example and motivate team members to perform at their best Assist with training and development of new staff Maintain excellent service and presentation standards Contribute to a positive and professional team culture
