GoodWe're looking for a confident and committed Team Leader
to join our experienced team at The Cottage, supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) in a nurturing, trauma-informed setting.This is an ideal opportunity for a senior RCW or experienced practitioner looking to step up into a leadership role.
About You:
Minimum
2 years' experience
in a children's residential care setting. Holding aLevel 3 Diploma
in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).Full UK Driving Licence - Essential.
Strong working knowledge of safeguarding and children's care standards. Natural leader with the ability to motivate, guide, and support others. Commitment to providing consistent, high-quality care in a child-focused environment.What's On Offer:
