Role Overview

Employment Type:

Full-time (40 hours per week)

Schedule:

5 days out of 7 (including weekends); flexibility required
This is a dynamic, hands-on role spanning both store and warehouse functions. You'll support customer service, stock control, and daily operations in a collaborative team environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Store Standards

Provide professional, friendly service to all customers Resolve queries promptly and positively Maintain excellent store presentation
Stock Control & Merchandising

Ensure accuracy of pricing and signage Monitor stock levels, quality, and expiry dates Rotate and replenish stock to minimise waste
Team Support & Development

Assist with training and onboarding new colleagues Share product knowledge to support skill growth Foster teamwork and clear communication
Operations & Safety

Follow food handling, hygiene, and H&S procedures Keep workspaces safe, clean, and organised Support stocktaking and collaborate with warehouse teams
Candidate Profile

Skills & Experience

Supervisory or team-leading experience (preferred) Strong organisational and time management skills Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Comfortable working across multiple store areas

Personal Attributes

Proactive, reliable, and self-motivated Strong communication and teamwork skills Flexible with working hours (including weekends) Seeking a stable, long-term role (12+ months preferred)
