We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to oversee daily operations in our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation and culinary arts, along with proven leadership skills. As a Shift Manager, you will ensure that all aspects of the kitchen and dining experience run smoothly, maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
Supervise and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
Ensure top-quality guest service and handle customer concerns professionally.
Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding of new staff.
Monitor food, beverage, and labor costs to meet targets.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
Help manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.
Lead by example -- model teamwork, professionalism, and strong communication.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role (restaurant or hospitality preferred).
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Understanding of restaurant operations, POS systems, and cash handling.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
