Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Motivation: Lead by example, fostering a positive, inclusive, and energetic environment. Motivate your team to achieve their best performance and ensure they are aligned with the store's goals and values.
Shop Operations: Assisting with managing and overseeing shop operations, developing a routine for opening and closing, ensuring efficient functioning of the shop, motivating and driving the sales floor to deliver excellent customer service.
Decision Making: Make thoughtful and informed decisions to benefit the store, both in day-to-day operations and strategic planning. Your ability to analyse situations and make sound judgments is crucial.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues promptly and effectively. Your problem-solving skills will help maintain operational flow and enhance the customer experience.
Loss Prevention: assisting the Team Coordinator with managing loss prevention through security requirements and monitoring strategies, auditing paperwork and inventory levels and appropriately handling broken or damaged merchandise.
Delegation: Delegate tasks appropriately to team members, ensuring their skills are utilized effectively and promoting a sense of responsibility and growth.

Proven experience in a leadership role.
