How you'll make an impact

Lead with Purpose

: Manage a team of Commercial Account Handlers, helping them provide tailored insurance solutions to small business owners.

Coach and Mentor

: Conduct regular one-to-one and team meetings to offer guidance, feedback, and support.

Drive Performance

: Use data to monitor progress, set goals, and ensure the team meets financial targets.

Ensure Quality

: Conduct audits to maintain high standards and compliance.

Empower Your Team

: Share your expertise and knowledge of products and policies to help your team succeed.

Collaborate and Innovate

: Work in a friendly, agile environment where teamwork and innovation are key.

About You

Experience

: Previous experience within a similar role.

Qualifications

: Cert CII qualification is desirable but not essential.

Leadership Skills

: Proven experience mentoring and supporting a team.

Goal-Oriented

: A motivated attitude with a focus on achieving targets.

Communication

: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire.

Data-Driven

: Strong skills in utilising data to monitor performance and drive success. Eligible to work in the UK
