Your Role as a Support Worker:
Deliver person-centred care that empowers independence and quality of life
Follow and contribute to care plans, behaviour support plans, and risk assessments
Promote a safe, supportive and respectful living environment
Work closely with individuals with Autism, ADHD, PTSD, and Learning Disabilities
Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding procedures at all times
What You'll Need:
Experience in care is desirable (Autism, Learning Disabilities, or Mental Health)
Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care, or willingness to work towards it
Experience of supervising a team of Support Workers
A calm, patient, and caring approach
Commitment to delivering safe, high-quality support
