At The New Board Inn we're looking for an
experienced
Team Leader to join us. The right candidate will be afriendly, confident individual
with a committed work ethic; who are more than capable of running a busy pub/restaurant in managements absence soexperience is essential.
This is a hands on role that requires an energetic & professional person who has experience in restaurant and bars.
The role will involve
-Opening & Closing shifts
-Four Day Week available
-Cash handling
-Being personable with strong leadership skills
-Assisting Management in all other aspects of day to day running
-Team Player is a must, with the ability to lead, motivate, inspire & manage others
