Location: Ninja Warrior Southampton Reports to: Assistant General Manager, Duty Manager & Supervisor

What You'll Do

As Team Leader, you will play a vital role steering the venue towards success by:





Leading and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences every time

Driving sales growth through upselling our awesome retail and food & beverage offerings

Overseeing daily operations to ensure a safe, fun, and exciting environment

Supporting the development and wellbeing of your team through regular coaching, feedback, and recognition

Taking the lead on health & safety, audits, and compliance to keep standards sky-high

Jumping in when needed to keep the venue running like clockwork
