Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Team Supervisor to lead our dynamic team at our gelato and cafe location in Stratford Upon Avon, Based in the heart of the hospitality scene, this role is vital in maintaining our high standards of service and culinary excellence, contributing to our commitment to delighting every guest.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the cafe and gelato kitchen, ensuring smooth service and quality standards.
Supervise and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Manage food preparation, safety, and hygiene protocols in accordance with industry standards.
Train new staff and support ongoing team development.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
Uphold a positive, inclusive work environment aligned with our company values.
Qualifications
Proven supervising or team management experience in a hospitality or food service setting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Experience in food preparation and kitchen operations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred.

Full-Time Availability
: This role is full-time (five days a week), including weekends and evenings during the summer season.
Salary
Negotiable depending on experience.
