Job Role:

Team Leader (Supported Housing)

Salary:

27,810 per year

Hours:

37.5 hours per week | Happy to consider a reduction of hours

Mendip, Shepton Mallet & Frome

Additional information:



Valid driver's license and access to own vehicle - business insurance will be required for roles involving travel for work. Participation in an out-of-hours on-call rota Participation in a rostered system of working with shifts between the hours of 08:00 AM and 20:00 PM

Although this role is advertised as full-time, we are open to discussing the working hours to suit your needs.

Working flexibly across multiple supported housing locations in Mendip Supporting clients with a wide range of needs and complexities Holding your own caseload and delivering high-quality, person-centred support Applying a strength-based, trauma-informed approach in everything you do Leading and guiding a small, dedicated team to success

Qualifications / Requirements:



Experience working with people who may have complex needs and/or challenging behaviours. Knowledge and understanding of the care and support requirements of people experiencing social exclusion. Valid driver's license and access to own vehicle - business insurance will be required for roles involving travel for work.
