This unique role combines hands-on support with operational leadership, offering the chance to shape and inspire a small team of Personal Assistants (PAs) delivering person-centred care for a woman with autism and a learning disability, living independently in her own home.

At Brightening Lives, we believe no one's life should be limited by a health condition or disability. Our personalised, person-led approach enables people to thrive at home and in their communities. If you're ready to lead with compassion, purpose, and professionalism, we'd love to hear from you.

Proven experience supporting individuals with autism and/or learning disabilities.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Calm under pressure, emotionally resilient, and solution-focused.

Confident with digital systems and writing reports.

A flexible approach to working hours, including alternate weekends.

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
