We're looking for a

Team Leader

to join our dedicated Supported Living Service for adults with

learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs

. Our goal is simple -- to empower each person we support to live a fulfilling, independent and meaningful life.

s a Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered every day. You'll lead by example, supporting both the staff team and the individuals we support to achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise, motivate and develop a team of Support Workers. Ensure personalised support plans are implemented and reviewed regularly. Promote independence, choice and inclusion in all aspects of daily life. Work closely with families, professionals and other stakeholders. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with CQC standards. Take part in the on-call rota and provide hands-on support when needed

About You



We're looking for someone who is compassionate, confident and committed to high-quality care.

You'll need:



Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health needs. Previous experience in a supervisory or senior support role. Strong communication and organisational skills. A person-centred approach and a genuine passion for helping others reach their potential. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Desirable:



NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it). Knowledge of CQC standards and supported living regulations.
