We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Team Leader

to support and supervise daily operations within a fast-paced warehouse environment in

CV37

. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team on shift, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, and maintaining high standards of performance, safety, and teamwork.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can motivate staff, manage daily workloads, and ensure smooth warehouse operations while meeting company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and support warehouse operatives and staff on shift Ensure daily tasks are completed accurately and on time Allocate duties and manage workload across the team Monitor team performance, productivity, and attendance Maintain high standards of health & safety and housekeeping Support new starters through training and onboarding Address operational issues and escalate concerns when required Ensure company procedures and standards are followed at all times Communicate effectively with supervisors and management Support continuous improvement in efficiency and team performance

Requirements:

Full-Time Right to Work in the UK Minimum 2 years' experience in a team leader, supervisory, or similar role (warehouse/retail/logistics preferred) Strong command of English (spoken and written) Good leadership, communication, and organisational skills Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Reliable, punctual, and committed Confident managing a team and handling day-to-day challenges
