Team Leader - Days

Godfrey Care are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our compassionate and professional team at Pine Bank Residential Home, based in Chesterfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding care to residents with complex needs and challenging behaviours.

As Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of support and attention. You will work closely with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to lead a team of care staff, promote best practices, and support a warm, safe, and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and support staff in delivering person-centred care. Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with care standards and regulations. Support with staff training, supervision and development. Liaise with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care. Assist with care planning and risk assessments. Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing among residents.

Team Leader should have:

Proven experience of leading a team, minimum of 2 years. Experience of working within a complex needs and challenging behaviour environment NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) Excellent communication and organisational skills Compassionate, reliable, and committed to high standards of care
