As a Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring food safety standards are met, and fostering a positive work atmosphere that encourages collaboration and excellence.

Duties

Supervise and support team members in their daily tasks, ensuring high standards of food preparation and production. Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and health standards to guarantee the safety of all food served. Assist in the training and development of staff, providing guidance on culinary techniques, hospitality practices, and customer service. Coordinate workflow within the kitchen and dining areas to optimise efficiency and service quality. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving to resolve issues promptly. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving service delivery and team performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is essential. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Background in culinary arts or food production is highly desirable. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Proficient in bartending skills would be an advantage. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
