We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to manage our Calderdale Therapeutic Service (CTS) on a part-time, fixed-term basis.
CTS provides high-quality therapeutic support to children and young people open to childrens social care, including children in care and care leavers alongside support to the wider network.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a multi-disciplinary team made up of 2 Practice Managers, 2 Advanced Practitioner, Keyworkers, and a part-time psychologist. The service offers a trauma-informed, systemic model of support, helping children and young people recover from adversity and build safe, nurturing relationships.

About the role:

As Team Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operational leadership of the service, working closely with internal and external partners to ensure positive outcomes. You will provide supervision, support reflective practice, and contribute to service planning and development.

About you:

You will be a qualified social worker or practitioner from a relevant therapeutic background, registered with the appropriate professional body. You will have a sound understanding of trauma-informed practice, experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams, and a commitment to improving emotional wellbeing and stability for children and young people.

This role offers the opportunity to shape and influence therapeutic support in Calderdale, working alongside passionate and skilled colleagues.
