, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers. You thrive in a fast-paced morning and lunch environment, serving our busy Mayfair clientele with speed and a friendly, welcoming attitude. We're looking for a personable and engaging individual who enjoys building rapport with regulars and making every customer feel valued.


A strong focus of this role will be preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages. You'll need to bring your barista skills to the table, crafting delicious coffees--from silky lattes to punchy espressos--with care, precision, and a passion for great coffee.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of deli foods and

coffee beverages

with care, precision, and efficiency. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness across all surfaces, equipment, and utensils, and keep retail displays tidy and inviting. Ensure proper disposal and recycling of waste. Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience for every customer.

What We're Looking For

Proven ability to make and serve exceptional coffee (e.g., lattes, cappuccinos, espressos). A strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail. Strong communication and customer service skills. A passion for hospitality and a desire to learn and grow.
