We're looking for an experienced and proactive Team Supervisor to lead our team of relief officers. If you've led frontline teams in environments like retail, hospitality, office support, or corporate services--and you're passionate about delivering excellent internal service--this could be the ideal next step in your career.



As the Team Supervisor you are an integral part of the team and you can make an impact with your skills to protect, deter and respond to any security matters, whilst providing an exceptional customer service experience.

A typical day in the life as a Team Supervisor:




Lead, motivate, and support a team responsible for managing complex scheduling tasks across multiple sites or departments Oversee day-to-day team performance, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high service standards. Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, resolving issues to meet business needs. Drive process improvements and support continuous development of the Relief team. Manage team development, training, and performance reviews.

We are looking for people who are passionate about helping others and keeping those around you both safe and secure.
Proven experience supervising teams in fast-paced, service-driven environments such as retail, hospitality, office administration, or corporate support. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills--you know how to engage and get the best from people. Comfortable with scheduling tools, systems, or workforce planning software (full training provided if needed). A flexible, hands-on leader who can adapt quickly and support the wider business.

Desirable skills




Mental Health First Aid Coordinating experience Experience in excel, Timegate, SAP, Domo, is a plus.
