We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the Retail sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service within the Retail environment. As a Team Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that food safety standards are met while fostering a positive and productive team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage staffs, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to food safety regulations. Coordinate daily activities within the Retail and Petrol Station, including food production and service. Provide training and support to team members, helping them develop their skills in Customer Service and food preparation. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the Retail Shop. Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the Retail and Petrol Station or food service industry is essential. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is required. Experience in staff management and food production is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively. Excellent Customer service and training A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
