Key Responsibilities

To deliver a great shopping experience for our customers, putting customers before task every time Champion new ways of working within stores through an open mindset and positive attitude Complete tasks and processes that deliver the best standards Serve and sell positively across the store Help with the running of the store, including opening & closing duties.

Skills, Knowledge and expertise

Serve our customers efficiently- on the shop floor and at service points Deliver high standards through great availability whilst keeping the store clean and tidy Know the daily sales targets, priorities, promotions & selling opportunities Have great product knowledge Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations Follow safe and legal working practices at all times
