About the team you will be joining: IT Customer Services respond to calls and requests for help with IT. We are the first place our colleagues reach out to. This can be about something not working, or needing something, like a laptop or a piece of software. It includes our Service desk (who work shifts taking calls), our second line team and our IT Asset Management team.
**When do I need to be available? Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursdays around 4 hours commitment a week however there is a possibility to do 2 days if we need extra processes done.
**This role is Office/Home based in Peterborough and flexible based on your availability around the days we need, If you have your own computer there is an opportunity to do some of the process at home but some information gathering information may need to be done is person.
