Tech Support Apprentice
based at our Head Office in High Wycombe to help keep our systems, people, and ideas moving forward.
This apprenticeship is a unique opportunity to start your career in IT and build skills in a fast-paced, future-focused environment where

What Youll Do
As a Tech Support Apprentice, youll work closely with our IT and Operations teams to:
Provide first-line desktop and hardware support to internal users
Troubleshoot IT issues via our ticketing system and escalate where needed
Support the configuration and deployment of new devices and systems
Maintain accurate documentation of tickets, assets, and fixes
Assist in user onboarding and training for systems and tools
Participate in system upgrades, network support, and project rollouts
Complete apprenticeship learning and assessments with full guidance
