Mon-Thurs 8:00-17:00, Fri 8:30-14:00

About the Role:

The role offers a mix of customer interaction, technical documentation, and internal coordination, supporting the delivery of high-performance waterproofing systems across the UK.

Reporting to the Technical Manager, you'll be based full-time in the Warrington office and work closely with the sales, customer service, and field technical teams to provide clear, reliable, and solution-focused technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical advice and support to customers, specifiers, and internal teams Respond to requests for product and system guidance, specifications, and thermal/U-value calculations Create and maintain technical documentation, including test samples and product assessments Accurately update records within the CRM system

What Our Client is Looking For:

Background in flat roofing or broader construction/technical roles Confident with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Capable of working independently and within a team Qualifications such as a HNC are desirable Minimum of 2 years in a related role Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment
