phs Compliance, a division of the award-winning phs Group, is seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Auditor to join our team. As a key member of our quality management team, you will be responsible for conducting audits on electrical work carried out by our field-based Electrical Engineers nationally .
About the Role:
As a National Technical Auditor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our engineers' work meets the required standards and is completed to a satisfactory level. You will visit customer sites to conduct inspections, provide technical feedback, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities as a National Technical Audior with phs Compliance:
Conduct audits on electrical work carried out by field-based engineers to ensure it meets British and ROI standards
Provide quality checks for errors (technical and grammatical) in reports completed by engineers
Conduct site visits to ensure each engineer has a site inspection at least once a year
Provide technical feedback to regional management teams through bimonthly meetings
Investigate customer complaints and audits arising from complaints
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
Ability to assess work and provide constructive feedback
Willingness to work away from home or weekends on occasion and be available for possible evening work
Full and clean UK driving license
Enhanced criminal records disclosure check
Understanding and acceptance of equality and diversity in the workplace
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 2 years' test and inspection experience
At least 6 years relevant post-qualification experience
Working knowledge of BS7671
Knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety Umbrella Legislation
Required Qualifications:
City & Guilds 2360 parts 1 & 2
Electricians A & B Certificate
Level 2 & 3 Technical Certificate complete with relevant NVQ L3
ONC/HNC Electrical Engineering
City and Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing
